There is an appliance garage, a pull-up KitchenAid mixer stand, two built-in trash cabinets, two disposals, a pull-out pantry and utility closet with motion lights, two cabinet doors that open and recess used for coffee/bar stations. The banquette has storage. Marvin windows and a patio door. Undercabinet, top of cabinet and recessed lights are all LED. Klipsch built-in speakers connect to wifi speaker in a cabinet. Skylight.
